All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping – Free
    Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days

  • Express Shipping – £9.99
    Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or high demand periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Standard Shipping is offered free of charge, while Express Shipping has a fixed cost of £9.99.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
